We were in the midst of a mammoth photocopying job. I had no idea how long the process would take and quite honestly had not checked my message that my toner might actually be running low. My bad! Having said that, when the machine said enough is enough, I contacted your 800 number, and immediately ordered toner to be sent to our office. My bad two—always make sure you have an extra toner on hand. Since it was late in the day, it would be UPS’d the very next day but not arrive in our office until the following day. I was amazed that it would arrive so quickly, but I couldn’t wait that long—I had not completed my mammoth project. So, I reached out to our sales manager Jim Adams, and asked whether there might be another customer in our geographical area who might be able to loan us their cartridge until ours arrived.
Not only was there a pleasant service technician here bright and early the very next morning with our new toner, and another arrived as promised by UPS the following day, but my new technician took the time to show me how to change the cartridge.
